About Lee Evan Belfiglio
Originally from Northern California, Lee Evan now lives and works in the beautiful Puget Sound area of Washington State with her husband (and cat). She divides her time between her home in the city of Bellevue, and her cottage in the arts filled community of South Whidbey Island. After retiring from her job as Marketing Director of the Bellevue Youth Symphony Orchestra, she turned full time to art. Her paintings hang in private collections all over the U. S., as well as several prestigious public venues (including the collection of the Washington State Capitol in Olympia, WA. )
She has also participated in many exhibitions and shows and galleries. Her professional affiliations have included The Eastside Arts Coalition and The Evergreen Association of Fine Arts. Although most of her pieces are fine art acrylic works, she specializes in fun illustrations for cards, posters, calendars etc. Currently, she is is working on a series called “Whidbey Whimsy” which showcases the special , lighthearted nature of her unique island. She loves playing the viola, bright red geraniums and really good dark chocolate. Her artwork and prints and special commissions are available via email.
